Eligibility for Exchange

1. You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
2. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags & packaging intact.
3. Only size exchanges or defective/damaged product replacements are allowed.
4. Products purchased during sale/clearance may not be eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at help.zyynix@gmail.com.
   or Instagram us at @zyynixofficial with your Order ID and exchange reason.
2. Once the product passes our quality check, we will ship the replacement item.

Shipping & Charges

1. First exchange is free (for size issue or product defect).
2. If you request multiple exchanges for the same order, a shipping charge of ₹100–₹150 may apply.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Once your return request is approved, you’ll need to parcel and ship the item to our return address (details will be provided via email or on Instagram).
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
